All i mentioned was nice use of anagram "kloof Joie Parl" (April Fool Joke).

I simply *temp* deleted the posts so that members who are just reading the thread for the first time do not see:

"It a hoax, April Fool's Day" in the very first few replies to the thread.

Sheesh, we try to do something fun and get only negative attitude

Pinky and Dion put a lot of work into this, and planned it for over a week, so it's kind of a shame that the very first reply is a party pooper (which is why I temp deleted it). Would be much more fun if those who first read the thread played along with something like:

"WOW yes, I saw this on the HOF list, and couldn't believe it!!!"

Ok, The only reason you are getting a negative attitude is because of the way YOU are responding to your "fun". Half the fun of april fools is figuring out what is a joke. Which I enjoy doing. Someone else also pointed out that people aren't seeing the posts until after they read the story at which point they have already decided if they believe it or not. So no ones fun is being ruined except maybe yours, because judging from your responses, you expect people to keep believing this for who knows how long.

Fair enough but my post was on the second page (#11) and others before me had already mentioned it was a joke. My attitude to the story is not negative i gave +rep like i always do to good front pages and appreciate the work that has gone into them. Please dont make out that i dont appreciate them. My attitude is not negative at all.
