Zib, you know they have a convention in Canada later this year, never thought about applying as ambassador? (Although I doubt they'll accept you after all this trashtalk)

All the ones that attend at the dinner whas players like everyone in the game. And some of them have workt for one week up to 14 h a day. So a small dinner is nothing when u doing a projekt like this. And maybe that comes from the the companys that have invested in mindark. that is part of way ma let some companys in to get a budget for conventions and advertising. But im not sure im just gessing

Sec part is it takes a very big man to go down as a CEO of a company to spend some time with the players... and not just for 30 min and then just leave and take it as a job. He whas there spending time with the players that have help him promote the game and also have a drink with them as well.

And im 100 % sure that wont effect the loot in anyway.

What ppl dont understand is thay trying more and more to do good things for us in the entropia universe. And everytime there is a few that try to ruin what thay do and they wont do it agen.

ppl say bla bla Neverdie bla bla Skalman bla bla Neomaven is bed with mindark or work for them and so on. What we do is Help premote the game. Thats way we meet ppl at mindark. And its just marketing ppl and thay dont know anything about the economy in game or the loot system. We just do premoting for somthing we love. I know i destroying a lot of rumers and so on now and im sorry about that.

The good part is thay have made the ambassador system so ppl that love the game and are dedicated have the chanse to meet the ppl at mindark and see its for real and it has a long future. And the workers can keep in working on the upcomming vu's. And the ambasadurs does the premoting.

All my respect goes to Jan ,Frank ,Lars and Tom for taking time off and share that time with the ambassadors (im very sure thay planed somthing else irl like be with the famelys and so on, after all thay have workt with EU for 10 years)
Only that shows how didecated thay are to what thay do.

Fact of the matter is...he isn't English, and he made a big effort to post that.
He isn't Swedish either, but still he attends these conventions and promotes EU regardless of any language or personal difficulties....and with some positivity that helps us all if it encourages others to get involved.

We all have this chance...we could all join in and do what Skalman and others have done, we could all do this regardless of race,creed, or if we are uber or n00b. If some people can do it...what harm can it possibly do the rest of us?

What if instead of experienced guys at every convention there were paid MA stooges...would that be better? What if the CEO had no ideas at all for the future? Would that be better? In fact....what exactly WOULD be better than what MA have done recently? Even a free gold card isn't good news to some people despite it being hard as hell to see who that could hurt?

Skam reported an event outside of the game, a good thing for all involved....we are all involved, and if we don't like the game maybe that is our problem..we shouldn't be? Actual RL meetings of developers/players/potential players...how can that possibly be a bad thing?

Sorry to Skalman for the reference to your English...it's better than my German by miles and was only intended to demonstrate that it can't be at all easy doing all this in a foreign land and tongue even if you are an uber. No insult intended. Quite the reverse in fact.

Interesting post to read. I find it slightly surprising some of the responses in this thread though where people seem to expect that you'd have got some information about the game out of the mindark staff. Why would/should they supply information?

The dinner was a vry nice gesture in my opinion
