Here are the File names that your looking for. They are Not .MP3 files like someone had suggested. Use a wav to MP3 converter if u need it as a mp3 for your phone.
470009.wav is the Global Sound
470010.wav is the HOF Sound.

And for you Xmas Lovers...
288846.wav is the Xmas present Loot Window Sound.

If your placing these on your Cell phone be sure to COPY them out of the Sounds Folder to another location on your HD that way you do not Risk screwing up your Game files

if you don't know the location of the files then here it is.
