HjS's Last LAN Event

HjerpeSkans will have its 10th LAN party, before officially closing operations.

The Swedish and Norwegian gaming portal HjerpeSkans.se has been a haven for many Nordic gamers during the six years of its existence. HjS is led by Andreas "bodybag" Hjerpe, and has held no less than nine Entropia-themed LAN parties in Sweden to date, including the first LAN party to feature Entropia Universe prizes sponsored by Mindark.

One more dance
One more LAN is planned, "#10: Back to the roots" and it will be the last of its kind. Bodybag assures that there will be fine prizes this round as well.
Competitions in EU will consist of PvP and hunting (using the ingame event system), and a few smaller events in mining.

New Portal
Due to real-life issues and time obligations of management, the HjS portal will be closed. However, a new portal in the same fashion (but with different management, including some former HjS staff) will open on the 2nd of June, the day after HjerpeSkans is retired. This portal will be managed by Major-Rage, who is also an Entropia Ambassador and known as xerxes here on EntropiaForum. Good luck!

The new portal will be called "Gameplanet" (www.gameplanet.se) and will be oprational officially from june the 2:nd

Meanwhile I recomend all swedish EU players to attend HjS lan #10

I've got a few emails and PM's and just wanted to make my self clear!

Hjerpeskans.se is going down for good the 2'nd June and Gameplanet.se is something totaly new growing up, they have nothing to do with each other at all. I've asked Major-Rage if he wanted to take over the portal, database and Teamspeak server but the answere was no. He wanted to build something new from scratch and I understand that. So I'm not handing over or selling anything at all!

Yep, Gameplanet has nothing to do with Hjerpeskans.
The thing was when bodybag said he was going to shutdown HjS he suggested that I put up a new portal and teamspeak so the people from HjS have somewhere to go. So thats what I did.
