I simply don't understand how you feel that a naked virtual animal is more "dangerous" for children than constant murder and death.

Actually EU does. You have to be 13 yo, and unless you have your parents acceptance, you have to be 18 yo.

That would be the best thing that could happen for MA.
If EU gets huge amounts of publicity in US, LOADS of people will check it out. Especially if the media keeps mentionning nudeness and other such words.
Maybe that's even the reason MA created the Boorums

i respect that people has diffrent views than me, but im sorry for not understanding why a 3D model with what appears to be a penis is worse than killing mobs and avatars. if it was some hardcore porn ingame i could understand better but i still find murder and violence more disturbing.

If it helps other people, let 711 remove the unfortunate picture from the front page. Dunno how it helps really tho: should all the threads with 'animal nudity' be marked with 'parental advisory'? Feffs also have something between their legs. It hardly reminds anything, but if we want to follow the rules we must admit: d*ck is d*ck, regardless how graphical it is.

Anyway, I respect religious matters of others, but EU is an adult game (as per EULA) and if somebody finds any parts of it offensive... the decision is all theirs.

P.S. I remember browsing EF with my father sitting beside me and opening a thread with 'nude bug' I don't know if he thought I'm into some sort of virtual pr0n, but that was funny

As for the appropriateness and legality of this article on the front page of EF, I can assure you that this is perfectly legal; similarly, this forum is for the partcipants of EntropiaUniverse, who should have the maturity level (18 years +) to encounter this type of content without problems.

Back on topic please, and please be mature when discussing this article. The unnecessary explicit hypothetical "Mindark meeting conversations" and such are completely out of line. Please discuss the in-game event.

I agree with most of this, but the hypothetical "Mindark meeting conversations" are just for fun and I'm sure MA see them as such and take no offense.

Entropia Universe is here to be explored ... wether you want or like Boorums or not! Personally I think it is great, that EU has mobs which is so different from other games. Also that MA dares to make something like this. It shows to me, once again, that EU is not meant for kids to play!

Those of you who are concerned about the kids can hope, that they are not able to find their way to the caves anyway And if they are - Boorums hit so hard and fast, they might die before they even "saw" something, they shouldn't!
