 Winner of Miss Calypso 2007 is..VIOLET VI NEOMIR Violet charmed the jury with her wit and diversity on stage, with everything from powerful outfits to charming pogoing in underwear. The runner-up, F1r3, was also a strong contestant in the show, with her own personal style and powerful being. The annual Miss Calypso competition is a prestigious event for fashion and beauty addicts, along with exhibitionists. The show consists of three rounds: Formal Outfit, Free Choice or Armor, and Underwear. The winner gets the title of "Miss Calypso" for a year, and a cash prize -which this year consisted of 100 PEDS to the winner and 60 PEDS to the runner-up. Singular, the Event Manager, has been hosting the competition for four years -making Voilet the 4th ever Miss Calypso. "I will of course spend the money on clothes," Violet announced after receiving her prize. The competition was to be held a week ago at the Nymphtown Catwalk. However, because of server issues, the event was postponed until December 3rd and moved to the catwalk at New Oxford. This new catwalk is much more disco-like than the classic one at Nymphtown, as well as a little too dark to ideally see the clothing and features of the avatars on the runway. In spite of these challenges the jury, consisting of Snowflake and Skam, was able to easily spot their favorites. Congratulations to the winners, and well done to all of the contestants. I would like to start by thanking my agent, my manager, my pet dog, my ... *breaks down in tears of joy*  ok ok ive posted this else where but no harm posting here too  I personally think that all the entrants looked great, and it takes some courage to show your wears in front of a testosterone fuelled crowd. So from the winner to all the contestants a big gratz and hope you all enter next years contest Also a huge thank you to Singular for organising and hosting the event, making sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. Which it did, and i wish you luck with future events. Thank you to Snowflake & Skam for picking out Violet as the winner. Im glad my onstage antics caught your eye, as i know anyone in NotA will tell you what a fool i am on soc hunts  A big thank you to Beki for lending me a couple of items that i couldnt have entered without them, and last but not least my POGO partner Shings who if i didnt mention would be most upset!! i even forced, i mean  , aah, conviced some soc members to come, and they had great fun too  btw, if any of the particpants sees someone called Josh (in my soc) coming to you he is harmless, he might just want a date so, cuddle the soc heartbreak kid a bit |

More of the girls that entered the event should post pictures of what they was wearing just to show those that couldnt make it what they was missing. There was certainly some cute looking babes at New Oxford on Sunday evening Also while im here i want to post a picture of my full exa suit. The picture taken by Skam was at the end of the contest and by then i was so hot i had stripped down to my undies with the coat covering my modesty   |
