But yea, remember the loots were pretty good after the apartment-sales aswell. So why wouldnt that be the answer?

So the person with the tp land could put the hardest mob they could find at the hardest maturaty and taxes highest then earn all that money in no time.

how about...no?

because then nobody would be able to kill them, and he'd get no taxes, whereas trax or trox would be easily killable, especially trax,so he'd get taxes from loot.

you were think of bidding...till they went for prices that were way to high for their real value.

Hello to all my fellow Project Entropia Members,

I'd first like to thank MindBuster for posting an article regarding my recent land acquisitions on the ametherian continent. I'd like it to be noted, that the Land Areas are incorrectly numbered on the map provided. The Land Areas which I now own are LA's 17 and 19. I've provided detailed maps of mobs currently found on these lands as well the land which is currently under control by Menace to Society (Our Society - I don't call it mine since we all are equal

).

LA-17 (Coordinates = 14620, 12200) is currently a work in progress. Bristlehogs are the native dwellers there along with some wandering mobs strewn about the area. Miners should be attracted by the high % market value which they will get for angelic grit found in various areas. Miners are advised to steer clear of the northern and southern borders of this land because of the oversized Thorios (very strong) that often wander in. The "?" mark for this land area's mobs on the map provided indicates that research is still underway to determine what monster will be created. Suggestions are always welcome!

LA-18 (Coordinates = 19900, 6600) is our society's land. Kingfishers as well as oculus are spawned in various parts all about the land. The damage inflicted by kingfishers is not to be taken lightly by the passer by. Be advised to watch your step while mining the vast magnitude of ores and enmatters which are confirmed to be hidden within the soil here. Taxes here are high but for good reason; kingfishers are confirmed to drop supremacy thighs (male and female).

LA-19 (Coordinates = 18900, 2100) is dedicated to Allophyl currently. Both the spawn and the size are drastically increased to provide hunters with a playground of never-ending electricity. Enmatter searching has revealed some decent amounts along the coastline, and mining seems to be best in the northeastern section of the land.

An upcoming event is to be introduced sometime within the next 2 weeks on LA-19. The contest should have a hefty prize attached. Stay mindful of posts on EF to find out more.

It was an interesting bid fight.

Actually I would rather say that the best deal was made by sledgehammer and it's too bad I was limited to 36k peds only. Next time I'll prepare some more.

I don't think the other 2 lands are such great deal tho. As I already own a land and I discussed with some landowners I would say that :

The first land at 40K would be paid back in like 2 years depending on the DNA. The other 2 between 3,5 and 4 years. That's quite a lot of time providing that MA may change stuff in the futur ... We never know.

Tho it's worth the risk I think.

Well of course if some very rare dnas are to come then even the crapiest land would make nice money.

And yeah for the land with the TP inside I would go for plenty atrax ^^ as they aggro from far, ppl would have to kill them ^^
