Land Areas Sold

The three Land Areas that was recently put up for auction by Marcus Callendar was sold at pretty impressive prices.

Amethera OutBack Land #16 (Red circle), which included a teleporter on the area, was won by "Sir Slegdehammer The Great" after an intense bidding, no cheap bids here, Slegdehammer outbidded every competitor with 2000 PED increases. The Auction ended at 40.000 PED.

Amethera OutBack Land #19 (Yellow Circle) went as the second, heavy biddings by several participants, "Jenna Star Mercury" won the auction with a bid of 31.001 PED.

At this time, with only one Land Area left, with highest bid by "Lee Zhorgul Salmon" and with only one minute to end, "Jenna Star Mercury" stepped in and started bidding and won her second Land Area, Amethera OutBack Land #17 (Green Circle) with a bid of 35.000 PED after a bidfight with Zhorgul.

And now all we need is a little less secrecy from those who operate LA's as far as the finances are concerned and perhaps the prices will rise even further..........or.......perhaps, on second thoughts they might actually fall!

If I were Sledgehammer I would put a zillion baby (young/mature/old) troxes and trax on Land Area 17.... and put the tax rates at their highest...

because his land is the gateway to the other areas....

Since MA says they earn their income from a part of the decay only, the income from those sales should stay in the ingame system

Thats certainly some bidding going on there

Just came back from a few days away and was thinking of bidding on those Land Areas. Grats to those that got them and it will be interesting to see how they get developed.
