First let me say great article MS9! I read it all the way thru and sometimes I can't say that for all others .

The one and only time I have ever met Auktuma I was hanging out with Burnsey. He was very funny, joking around with Burnsey. The thing that made me respect him was as he talked to Burnsey he did so in all chat so I wouldn't be left out of the convo. Great guy and from the society members I have met so far...great society! =)

To Auktuma ... we had minimal interaction prior to this labor of love, but as a result of this journey, you as well have opened my mind to many things, and in the process perhaps we have become kindred spirits. If I am an angel, then you have become my wings with your uplifting spirit and generous offerings of advice with regard to my mining and "auction skilling" ... and for this I am grateful. Your wisdom is only superseded by your incredibly generous soul in the way you touch people, which has been expressed in this thread by many.

To you I wish continued success ... to us I wish a continued and blessed friendship, and look forward to opening the minds of others who have yet to see that which is to be seen. I have seen Auk around and never really had a chance to talk with him, but I came from another game where I was a prolific crafter, and I assumed he wouldnt want to talk with just a noober geekin' out over a crazy crafter.

Maybe now I might say Hi when I see him floating around.

A lot of us, respect others desire to have peace. Understand that many actions may be happening, in soc chat, calculator bashing or thought. But even for us who behave with self-respect, are left with a gray feeling inside fearing rejection from other citizens. Understanding why people behave as they do, really helps. Knowing a nice guy who's busy is around, is very different to thinking someone is snob or otherwise dislikes you!

Everybody comes to EU wanting to experience, and put in a certain desire. For some it's a slice of the pie, being king-of-the-hill, making friends across the world, fame or notoriety. For me it's reality, I feel quite strongly that the body is simply a vehicle for experiencing the world around us. Thus re-creating, or more desirably, creating reality within a different dimension - that of the inorganic brain is a personal goal. I really get a kick, when somebody is running to a TP or out hunting, and stops by my house. I've got plenty of time for an aspiring noob, and enjoy old fashioned informal mentoring. I'd like to think that we can all spend a little time thinking about what makes EU special for us collectively.

People such as Auktuma (and MS9) bring something special to EU. They put hard work into talents that help us in various ways. So thanks to you both, for inspiring and making our day a little brighter.
