The Mystery Note

A couple of odd-looking notes were dropped today to two hunters from a Atrox and the new-found mob Kerebros. Its giving few clues as of what it is meant to be used for.
The small sheet of paper could easily be mistaken for a crossword-puzzle, and like most really good puzzles, it has left the community and its looters utterly clueless.

John BD Fiction from the ~DarkStar~ society, which seems to concist of green giants, was one of the lucky looters. Lucky, though he says his head hurts from trying to find out exactly what its intended use is. "Its useful for breaking peoples heads over it, thats for sure" he says, and adds that if this was a part of a new MindArk storyline, he certainly would follow it himself. "I will definitely keep the note, although I dont expect it to be worth anything or give me anything significant".
The note's description gives little away. 'This Picture looks like nothing you have ever seen before, or does it?' it says, mockingly.

"My whole society is now on Skype, trying to find out a course of action" John BD tells me. The plans on how to unlock the mystery of the note is still under brainstorming. "Maybe I need to write a support for the cryptograms I gotta fill in there" he says and chuckles under his green beard. There isn't any way to interact with the note, though. "All I can do, is TT it. But dont worry, I wont!"
So far, the only thing he has gotten done is to repairing it fully. The full TT is only one ped, however nothing magical happened in the repairterminal.

His note was not the only one looted today, as Dejay dj Jaguar from Via Dolorosa society also have one in her possesion. However the two havent met up to compare the notes. "I trust the community will" John BD says, and invites anyone to help him solve the puzzle.
And sure enough, in the following thread you will see pictures of both notes found. They have different characteristics, and so both of them are seemingly unique.

Posting some pics from both notes would help for the brainstorming ( is it done by now?? ). Couldn't find it.

Maybe I could add here too, what is known so far.

The pattern looks very much like a DataMatrix 2D barcode.
It has the tell-tale "frame" with a solid black line on bottom-left and a dotted on top-right wich is used to find the orientation of it.
The dots in the middle can be decoded.

Using this method,
The first 14x14 code reads: 32464142363331
The second 10x10 code reads: 45

Ofcourse, it is possible MA made them look like this just to fool us, as a false trail.
But I think it is one step in the right direction.. would be too easy to just have it coded in binary or something, there is most probably a second layer of code...
