Swedish television SVT has now started to feel the presure from the public, so from today when you first enter the www.conspirare.se site you will get a popup with a disclaimer stating this is fiction.

I think I told this really early, but since there is so many notes related threads and posts it's somehow disapeared for the big mass.

When you participate in the conspirare roleplay, the firs tand most important rule is to act as this is for real.

I'm not saying Zavy and others whining, I'm in almost same oppinion as Zavy, just posting the information that all should have in there mind when trying to solve these puzzles.

I see your point on roleplaying and that's all good. From what I read this is about a real girl who disappeared in 2005. Then this swedish conspirare TV show decided to make a show about it... right? Or are you telling me the whole thing is BS from jumpstreet and there is no girl.

The problem here is not the event. It's the fact that MA has failed to recognize it and tell its player base, shareholders, customers or whatever you want to call us who spend our time and hard earned money keeping this once sinking ship afloat, that their actually is an event. A small acknowledgement from MindArk on THEIR website informing the general public that there is something going on that they are aware of and are supporting. EBN news should be all over this, no? When the boorum showed up they mentioned it. They didnt wait till someone found it and posted it here. When the migration happened there was information tracking the whole thing. When those RX dudes showed up, Mindark provided us with clues.

So from my point of view and from I have read on this forum there is a serious problem going on here. Example, I read that one player trying to follow the trail of the notes and this Mari girl googled the name Iglesia (or whatever her name is) and it led her/him to a pornographic website, probably infesting their computer with unknown electronic STD's. That is just unacceptable. They may have been happy about it, but if it was me I'd be pretty pissed to say the least. This is a serious security flaw in my opinion. This conspire site, how do you know that it is legit and when you hit 'I agree' or 'I accept' you aren't giving them access to your personal information, passwords and such.

This 'event' has nothing to do with EU. Your telling me that if those codes said Elmo I should be watching some kids TV show to find out what is going on. Then I see Snuff-a-luffagis and say "OMFG that looks like a friggin Kerberos!!! That must be a clue!" To top it off only a small percent of the entire Entropia community was able to see the program. It's is complete and utter nonsense.

The point is that MindArk should say something like.. "Muder, Mystery, Conspiracy!!! Halloween is apon us and we have a treat for our Swedish community. Do you have what it takes to be a mastermind slueth? For the rest of ya, we only have tricks..blah blah blah.." See what I'm saying. See how much tension, confusion and concern would be disolved.

As for the 'whining' part. The problem with people is communication. Most that write post that oppose this event have their reasons. I can't speak for others but when I write something like this it is in a concerned voice, not a whine. The problem is when people read things, they create an image and put their own perspective of the tone that the writer is writing in. Sadly most of the time they don't match the tone of the writer. We hear what we want to hear, without understanding but with misunderstanding.

I voice my opinion on this because of my concern of how this thing is being handled. Any in-game event that requires you to log-out and surf unknown and unrelated websites is just BAD. The people trying to figure this out are all at risk. It could be months down the road before anyone notices their accounts got hacked or their IRL I.D.'s have been compromised. This is a RCE and do you really think people aren't trying to find ways to hack into the system? Do you think they are stupid enough to act right away after they get your information? Oh I like conspiracies but the way this whole thing has gone about is just bad and poor planning. Fun yes, ffs EU was getting boring and this is great for the community, unprofessional...definately. So me and any other 'whiners' have our reasons and rights to voice our opinions and concerns. I respect your post and you should respect mine... not judge me as whining or complaining, because if your account gets hacked you WILL know the meaning of whining.

Im totally with you, share the same opinion. Only tryed to clear the thing out. I have from start tryed to inform that the missing girls is 110% fiction. And now even the forum where the roleplay is going on they have put the information to tell this in a pop up window at the start page so that no one can miss it. I guess there has been to much people complaining(nor here).

IMO "whining" is the thing some people call what we others use to call "customer feedback".

It's cool bro, we on same page. You quoted pretty much the part that was to you. You seem to be informing us what is going on so they where questions I was hoping you could answer. The rest is just my opinion and for the general reader, if anyone reads it. I have racing thoughts and sometimes my fingers can't keep up.

Well I'm glad to hear there is no missing girl and this could have been something sweet, but ended up leaving a bitter taste in my mouth. The timing is just bad, cuz I remember about a few months ago many people on EF and the media was trying to help find that girl with the distinct feature in her iris.
