Fuck man you people are whiny and for WHAT ? it's an event ! you retards asked for one and you got it, no one told you to go to that spot and no shit their gonna be lag, there was hundreds of you there. You guys are sad nothing happened ? did MA say something was gonna happen ? WTF!?!? yet another event you have to live in that timezone or be sucking MA's balls to partake in... geez... I logged in as soon as I read this in hopes of maybe seeing some uber mobs for fun... but when I got there it was all over... figures

You know it would be nice if instead of making these 30 minute events if they actually expanded them to like 24 hours or something so that ALL players ingame at least have a chance to get involved... Like common...

Most people have jobs you know and can't spend EVERY god dam waking second either in EU or stalking the forums for the slightest clue as to some interesting event that might be happening in entropia...

Geez, it's not like these sorts of things come around often... hell they don't even come along rarely... these things come along .0000000001% of the time and it's complete BS that the average western player has no chance in hell of participating. And even if in the off chance they are around for something it doesn't matter unless you are one of the people that deposits 10's of thousands of dollars to have the best shit in the game.

I'm getting so pissed off with this crap... All the people living in europe and all the people that deposit shitloads of cash have too much of an advantage over EVERYTHING in the game and I for one and sick of it.

I mean living in europe you get these advantages:

-Every MA sponcered event or giveaway...etc is ALWAYS situated in the european timezone, making it virtually impossible for any working westerner to participate.

-Because the games economy is based on the USD for every 1 euro they deposit they get 14.20 peds simply because of the conversion.

-Because of the converstion they basically get a 42% depoist bonus everytime they deposit which makes it so much easier for them to afford ingame items and develop uber status.

Really... I know I'm mostly venting here... But common' I can't be the only one that is just a little fed up with always missing out on everything interesting that happens in EU simply because I don't live in MA's timezone or becuase I don't want to sign the deed to my house over to them to afford the uber gear required to participate in many events.

Just once I would love to see people living in the western part of the world have a slight advantage ingame... Like have an event that focuses on OUR timezone for a change... I mean MA is always proclaiming they are looking for balance... Well how is europe always getting these advantages balance?!?!

*sigh* W/E flame this post if you've got nothing better to do with your time.... Doesn't bother me as I'm used to getting it up the tail pipe from MA, just like all the other mid-lvl western players...

Guess what?...this so-called "auspicious, mysterious Event" (if you can call a 1/2 hr "lag-off" an "Event") occurred at 19:00 Sweden time.................when most of North America are still at work and not able to log in. So, once again, North American players are excluded from participating. Whatever....fuck MA anyway...

MA should take a lesson from Hurrikane or ND and create an event that spans several days or weeks even, is actually "interesting" and "fun", has a definite theme, and has a cool, achievable reward that ANYONE can achieve...

Instead, what do we get....some BS cryptic notes based on some sort of TV program that no one on my side of the "big lake" can access or even relate to.

Oh, and lets not forget the "uber" mobs that kill 95% of the players that attempt them and loot.....what???

So, yeah, I'm gonna fucking whine......cuz it's my Goddamn right as a PAYING CUSTOMER to do so.

If nobody whines, nothing will change....

I do agree with Jambon here, I am from the US and always find that I'm at work when anything cool takes place ingame... The story with the Feff's and the "EGG", solved and looted by the time I got home

The introduction of the Eomons.... the hype was over in a matter of hours and ofc way too big of a mob for me.... The introduction of the New PVP4 and the 2 newest Teleports on Amethera, yep you guessed it... I was at work...

Basically means I'll never get the chance to get in on any "Event" MA conjures up...

I think that in the future these "Events" should take place in a 24 hour period, giving ALL player a fair shot at looting something decent... not just make the "Event" take place for an hour at most...

I dunno... just my decay's worth...

ps... good call with the deposit conversion.... I realize that MA has NO control over other governments and the currancy.... just a bummer
