I have been visiting the PA spawn point and consistently for the last couple of days there is a new person joining every few minutes. Sometimes several spawn at the same time.

The Huffington Post picked up the story, they are a VERY serious and high profile blog/news website in the US. Some very affluent people will read about EU

Its a pure numbers game... some will and some wont. By my estimates, about 1000 people are joining per day because of the news from the CP sale.

When the story hits the big news companies then there will really be a flood of new people, just like the CND sale.

No and the momenetum with new news companies picking up the story seems to be slowing down. FPC needs to do something to renew interest in the CP story.
