In fairness, it doesnt sound like Entropia 2, it sounds like a giant shopping Mall - I love shopping, but even i could get bored there! Wonder where game play will come in...

What can this mean?

The CRD will be based on technology from Sweden's MindArk, maker of the "Entropia Universe" virtual world. Entropia built virtual "islands" from company templates. CRD's e-commerce transactions will go through Paynova, Sweden's equivalent of PayPal, and Germany's CryTek will provide some of the graphics.

Hey, I read that article yesterday I think the China government just use THE ENGINE of Entropia Universe to make a huge market for chinese companies and customers, so it has nothing to do with the game. And it seems to be logical, because chinese government doesn't want to just let people go to the internet freely and it would be possible if chinese people could just join the current Entropia Universe. So, put the chinese dictionaries back to shelves, there will be no revolution or flood of chinese players.... it means also that nothing big will happen regarding this...

But so its seems nothing to do with EU, but if MA can make money with this maybe the loots will go up

thanks and +rep for this link so it looks like we an expect more (mostly) chinese planets and resorts... hm.. how about european and american players? will we be the minority soon?
