FYI more data on CND apt prices.

PHASE II Prices:

A,B, E F (120 items) 2,000 PED
C,D,H (150 items) 2,500 PED
G (200 items) 3,000 Ped

Phase I prices were low and intended to quickly establish a community at the Resort.
Phase II prices are guaranteed for the Next 40 Apartments.
Phase III prices will be greater than Phase II , but the exact amount has yet to be determined.



So prices are going to be going up in the future.

this was posted in 2005 it's now 2007 and prices are still in phase II FYI. }:>)

The younger the easier it is to kill; while more mature mobs are a bigger challenge). In order for this to happen the owner must collect some energized fertilizer. Neglecting the fertilizer supply will lower the density and maturity of the mob...


* If I sell my apartment will I get my stuff inside it back?
If you plan on selling your estate, remove everything you want to keep! Estates sell with a "as-is" condition, thus anything that’s there at the time of the sale is now the new owner's property.
I was wondering how fun it would be to tame a lot of mobs and put them in the apartment; wait long enough for the mobs to get feral again, and then sell the apartment to a n00b...

Yes, i simply have a detailed question that i can't seem to recieve any help from, elsewhere. Buying an appartment building, can be a huge investment.. I do have a question, though. When buying the building, do i recieve the deeds to all the appartments within the building also? To rent out and maintain, or..Do i simply own a building with no use what so ever? What is included in this purchase, what is the point in it? If it includes deeds to appartments which are on the floors of the building, and deeds to rent out the shopping rooms, then there is potential income..But if not..Why?

Except for the ones sold with CND, I don't think anyone has ever been able to buy an apartment building. Though in the case of CND, it was just the whole set of apartment deeds that were included in the sale as no one can own the building itself.

Also, it is not possible to safely rent out an apartment or shop; you can rent them through private trades, but you have to trust that the deeds will be returned when the rent period is over. There is a bug that allows Hangars to be rented out, but I am unsure whether it works for apartments.

Hmm, well in the auction, it states that Genesis Tower D is for sale..This Tower is an appartment building, from flow 1-3...5-24. With 4 being a park..And the base floor being a ton of shops, which state "for rent" on the signs. So, if this tower isn't an appartment building, and this isn't safe, what is the point in the tower even being sold?

I think what you are probably looking at in the auction is Genesis Star Tower D, 5H. This is apartment 5H in tower D. Just one apartment.
