i think a very popular scam is when your in a team even of people you kinda know and say you do 3/4 of the damage on a mob and get a hof , suddenly everyone else in the team starts saying shit like, you should split that with us(im not talking about an item) and they put huge per presure on you and they all start saying somehow your ripping them off.. and i was so stupid i fell for it... I call this the perpresure scam... it happens and the people who do it dont consider it a scam cause they are all in on it...Some people are such low lifes in this game...
It is a scam , so no matter what if you get a hof and do most the damage and they pull this tell them to fuk off

If I do most DMG and we global damn, we all agreed to DMG/stack loot rule. Bad luck for the others that do less DMG.
Normally we agree to share the value of items, but damn not the stacks of common loot drops (oils).
If someone wants me to share my cut of a loot stack, I deserved from doing most dmg, my answer will be "f..k you NO NEVER!"

Keep in mind, the one doing most DMG normally has higher decay bill and more ammo burn, so he/she deserved a bigger cut of the common loots!

I think you need to clarify that.

I assume that you mean when the team is set up as Damage Determines/Stack Share and the team loot one high value/high markup item like an ESI or a high end (L) gun from a kill.

Having been in this situation the best way I know of to avoid this happening is to agree before you start hunting how any single item over a certain value will be distributed amongst the team.

Personally I feel that splitting the value equally among all team members is fairest since that item could have dropped from any one of the mobs that were killed, it was pure luck that it was in that mob that one person did 75% of the damage to. Also consider it from the other side: you get a crit from the first hit and are on the way back from revival when the rest of the team HoF without you - again, pure luck and it could be any one of the team that it happened to.

Or you can agree that whoever the lucky so-and-so is that loots the item keeps it. Either way, agreeing beforehand will save a lot of bad feeling later.

Well when we at Tigers Inc hunt together we agree all before hunt,

For example

sometimes when we hunt the agreement will be all loot gets split 50/50 between the team regardless so at the end of the hunt after all the repairs each individual says what their left with calculations are doen and loot split so each individual gets equally,

But sometimes when we hunt its on stacjk share and if we manage to loot an item that then gets split after being sold between the team of hunters,

But if we dont loot an item each to its own so its best to make agreement before hunt but splitting 50/50 between all works nicely helps keep all afloat plus more hunting and globals,

but it only works on a basis of 100% honesty one person is nothonest whole thing falls apart and everyone suffers

This is an auction scam that happens with new items that have no market history.

Person A loots new item. (Let's take the Thunderbird Harness (F,L) , which i was interested in 1) because i didn't have one yet, 2) because Axxel looted it off thorio during the comp last month)
Axxel put it on auction for SB= TT, no BO (as you would on a relatively worthless item)
Item sells to some avatar (180%)
A day later the same item 'resells' at a grossly inflated price (800%).
The same item goes on auction the next day at a 'bargain' 380%.

With the thunderbird harness is just plain stupid - but this technique happens on a lot of items that, if you check the market histroy graphs (not the %'s) you can see what price people are willing to pay/should pay, and what items scammers are attempting to manipulate.

It's still there now - everyone go have a look at the scammer's name before they see this thread

What some people call "scammers" others call "resellers" and they themselves call it "trading".
Sometimes I would really wish that one could make a blacklist and that people on that list could not make an offer for an item.
If I look at the prices for Vigi harnesses they simply look sick (they are still dropping, only rare because hunts on gradivores is not that "attractive").
Greed does not corrupt people, those they are "corruputed" had no personality to get corrupted in the first place.

i actualy did no2} with my deciple after i had a v bad tp run with her and skinted myself,she gave me 40 ped,i whent and shot a few longue i got a 170 ped global as well as normal loot,she did very well out of it i split the return 50/50 with her

I'm a little confused here someone pays you 200ped + your ammo and they only get half the loot?

PS: she claimed to be from spain (she did indeed speak spanish) but the ip address was from romania (romtelecom).
