I just finished converting a 1 minute mpeg2 video to the bink format.
I set the compression quite high so the quality is a bit poor on the end result. Also the resulotion had to come down drastically, from 720x576 (4:3) to 256x256 (1:1). The original video was 50MB, the bink file is 5MB. Overall I'm satisfied with the 10:1 compression ratio.

So next step is to get this on a screen, so I checked the prices.

Buy screen ~15 ped
Repair screen ~300 ped

Standard upload fee 30 ped
Dynamic upload fee 5218*0,05 = ~260 ped

Deposit 72.5 ped

Total 677.50 ped for a one minute video!! Wtf are they thinking??

once its uploaded you can have the vid/pic on as many screens as you like without having to pay the upload cost again.
