As the voices are in german, it's likely to come directly from the developers of Crysis/Crytek-Engine...

And the quality looks like Crysis-in-game-graphics (well, Crysis looks better, lol ). So it might be pre-rendered, but I personally think it could be from the EU... on the other hand this would show that their are FAR from beta stage, as nearly nothing can be seen and nothing happens .
