All of the following can be put between the youtube BB code tags:

URL of the YouTube Page

Yes, you need to strip off anything after "v=[video ID code]" such as the "&mode=related&search" etc. in the URL you gave.

Make sure to remove the spaces between [ youtube and youtube ] (I had to insert the spaces in order to show the code example, otherwise it would display the video again).


Optionally you can simply past the URL of the YouTube page where your video is located, highlight it, then click the "Wrap YouTube tags around selected text" button in the meassage editor:

I had some trouble adding a YouTUbe video to my post (in galleria). It seems that the video only shows up when you submit the post, the preview does not work. This should be indicated in the thread about BB codes.

I kept doing previews and was not seeing anything, I finally submitted the post and saw the video.
