Now as part of Formidon Friday, the maturity on Formidons has been increased to Mid level for the end of the day!

If you've ever wanted to hunt big Formidon, now is your chance.

EDIT: hrm, looks like MA has changed/glitched the way maturity level changes work? Used to be you just killed out the old monsters and the new ones spawned at the new maturity.. but it's not working. Did i just waste 20+ ip? I hope not, because that's expensive.

That's what I expected to happen but didn't seem to work today.

When you said you'd put them up to half maturity I went and changed armor, then relogged and came back. Killed a dozen or so and Youngs were still spawning next to me. I went and had a peer at the fertiliser station, looked like about 4/10 or so on the maturity scale. Killed a few more, took a 15min break, killed some more and still youngs were spawning.

Something like 45min-1hr after the event had finished I checked the station again and it was back set to min maturity. Did you change it back? If not, must've been bugged somehow.

Shame, was quite up for giving some Dominants and the like a go.

btw, did you up the maturity before at all? Just looked on tracker and it has 8 globals since it started running on Dominant-Old Alpha. Don't think they can spawn that high with the scips - can they occasionally appear that high on the eudoria spawn?

Yea, i got frustrated after a very long time and killing them over and over several times so I just changed it back to minimum maturity. 50 ip used.

Support case sent to MA.

The way it used to work is as soon as you made the change at the fertilizer station, you'd kill some mobs, and the re-spawn would be of the new maturity. Not sure if MA made some change to this functionality.
