Great idea

For such a commitment I would want some kind of quote to say that if the land was sold or the event was ended early that a % was paid to the people taking part bepending on thier score.... I see you have mentioned this to consider but I would want more than that - a yes or a no

Or, a one year "no sell - no end" pledge for the event would do.

...then I might give it a go
