Tickets: Available at Landmarker (19000, 3750)
Only 50 tickets are available
Costs: 10 ped
Prizes: First 250 ped, second 100 ped*, third 50 ped*.
Rules: Total loot wins, no PvP, 1 hour

* As soon as 40 or more tickets are sold, the second and third prize become available.

Everyone who participates in the event will get 50 points for The League 2007. In addition to this, all globals scored during the event will be rewarded with double points, for this you will have to make a screenshot and post it in the topic linked above.

I will not be able to make it to this one I will be away for the weekend. If the last Longumania was anything to go by it will be another sellout event.

Not to sound negative, more an observation of events in EU, but can this area handle 50 hunters or will it run dry of mobs? Didn't someone run in a load of baby Atrox for the last event here to keep people happy? Half as many tickets with an entry fee of 20 PED makes for a nice event without the need for fighting over MOBs.

Just my thoughts.

I do not think that limiting the event size is the solution here what we need to do is everyone needs to send a support case about the problems we each have when we take part in these events. We need to get MA sort the problem out so we can run events with a good number of entrants. Most of the time the problem comes down to lack of mobs for people to hunt and not any real lag issues so im sure it would not be to hard for MA to add an events spawn rate option to deal with this problem. The thing is they will not do this unless we all let them know just how unhappy we are about the way things are now. Limiting the size of events will just mean MA have no reason to get the problem fixed.

We'd like to keep low entrance fee for our events so everyone can take part. I agree it can be a bit of a problem to find mobs in the second half of a full 50 participant event (note that this is already limited to 50% of max!!!) but everyone has this problem, so it shouldn't matter much for winning. It's still based on luck for a large part.

Hi,

Im a bit of a noob but i would like to know more about the event, i have 2-3friend with me that what to know more about, most of the concern are my own as i didnt took time to ask my friend since im at work but your all welcome to awnser :

1- Is this a Solo-based events? do you allow team?(team loots counts as 1, so a team can only win 1 prize)

2- How do you know how much loot people/team got? (Does the event take care of that?)

3- Ive been ableto take down some type of longu with a friend recently, what type of longu spawn on that land?

4- Im currently using goblin+2a platin which do fine against atrox up to provider(but prov is around 50% chance of diying), would you recommend upgrading to ghost or rascal for the events?

Hello dotc0m, thank you for your interest.

This is an event created using the controls available in the game, so I guess it can be qualified as an official event. It's not like the events where you have to make screenshots and submit to a forum.

Teams are not allowed and the event system will automatically disband any teams in the area. Furthermore, people who are not registered for the event will be teleported to the nearest teleporter (so out of the Land Area).

You can register at the Land Marker (coords available in the first post) by clicking the top-right icon, then clicking the event name, then clicking register, then dragging your pedcard to the window. If you have sufficient funds on your card, 10 ped will be removed and you have then succefully registered for the event. This has to be done before the event starts.

The event system will indeed automatically keep track of scores. For every pec looted you will get 1 point. So logically a 100 ped global gives 10.000 points. In this event the one with the most total points wins the first prize, which is automatically awarded by the event system when it's finished (one hour after the start). The second and third prizes will be handed out by us (Zap in this case), after the event aswell. This is not an option in the event system and added by us as an incentive.

The longus in the area are mainly young-old I think, I'm sure pe-wiki will let you know if you can handle them with your gear.
