Event related questions

I am thinking about puuting together an event and I have a few questions. I wondered if someone could answer them for me.

1) In a "Most Loot Wins" event, does the organiser get to see the total loots of all entrants or just the winners?

2) Can you appoint "Event Officials" to oversee the event and what powers do they have? Ie, in a PVP event which stipulates no amps on guns, can they boot someone from the event for repeatedly using an amp?

3) How much do you have to pay for reserved tickets from the event terminal? Ie, if I want to reserve 100 tickets at 10PED each do I have to pay 1000PED up front? No - 100 PEDS for reserved tickets

Will no doubt have more questions as time goes on but these will do for now.

Well I got the answer to the third question but still don't know the answer to the other two.
