LOCATIONS

TOURNAMENT INFO

- The Tournament will consist of 6 Events.
- Each Event's prize pool is 1,500 PED awarded as follows:
1st Place: 800 PED
2nd Place: 500 PED
3rd Place: 200 PED .
- Each Event lasts 2 weeks.
- Every PED from Global/HOF counts as 1 point, however maximum number of points for 1 Global/HOF is 1,000.
- After each event all the points scored by each Player will be added to the Tournament Leaderboard.
- Points scored during the events will also be added to the next event however there will be reductions:
1st Place -100%,
2nd Place -90%,
3rd Place -80%
- After all 6 Events will finish the Tournament Leaderboard will be updated and the Tournament Champions will receive the Prizes as follows:
1st Place: 1300 PED
2nd Place: 800 PED
3rd Place: 500 PED
4th Place: 300 PED
5th Place: 100 PED

EVENT & TOURNAMENT WIN CONDITIONS

1st Place: Most Event Points
2nd Place: Second Most Event Points
3rd Place: Third Most Most Event Points
4th Place: Fourth Most Event Points
5th Place: Fifth Most Event Points

EVENT RULES

- Screens with Hunting or Mining Globals/HOFs have to be posted in this thread with Time & Place Stamps as well as the Global/HOF message in chat window within 24 hours from when it happened.

- Only Globals/HOFs hit within OL-1, OL-11, OL-17 boarders will count.

- Every PED from Global/HOF counts as 1 point however single Global/HOF will receive maximum 1000 points.

- Hunting in teams is allowed - points will be split equally by the number of people in team in case team members will post individual Screens as well. If a Team will score a 4k HOF for example they get 1,000 points for it and it's divided by the number of people in team (this way it should be fair).

- Globals/HOFs from the following events will count (Team Leaders will post the Screens):

- The use of Medics is allowed but if they will be in Team they will receive points as well.

-Blanking out your PED Card balance as well as Team Chat/Private messages is allowed. Note: Global/HOF message has to be visible.

Sounds interesting, but can you explain the point carryover stuff a bit clearer? So if I win first event with say 2000 points, I carryover 0 points (-100%) to the next event, but if I come in 4th with 1000 points I carry over all 1000?

I guess that's one way to try to give more people a chance at placing in an event if I understand it correctly.

but the way ive been looting... might be lucky to get 1 entry a month

sounds to me like:
1st place in 1st event looses ALL points
2nd looses 90% (1000-900=100 carryover)
ect... sounds like a good idea.
and the points from each event are added together to give tournament leaderboard?

Exactly

If you finish 1st Event even on 20th place with 20,000 points you will carry them over to the next Event and the 20,000 points will be automatically added to Tournament Leaderboard.
This is supposed to give a chance to the people who have put a lot of efford into the previous event and didn't get a reward. This way they have a much better chance of winning the next event and getting rewarded for commitment to the Tournament.
