ok so if we go there at the landmarker at that time we are in event ?? tickets free ?? (blablablablabla message too short blablabla)

You need to goto the landmarker and bring up the event list on there and register for this event. You can do that any time between now and the event start time as long as there are still tickets left. Try not to leave it to late as anyone not registered when the event starts will be kicked off the land area.
