The more the better. If we hit the 50 people mark there will be some bonus prices.

If I may be bold as to state this, the loot rule you have is the only reason I will not be participating in this event, nor any others you host with this rule. IMHO, this is geared towards higher end players who are capable of killing these mobs very, very fast and efficiently - neither of which I can do. For every 1 mob I kill, they can kill 5+... and have a 5x greater chance of getting a global and better loot!

The best events I have joined in are "total highest loots". This gives -everyone- an even chance, even without globals or hofs! And it also forces those in first place to keep gunning things down as fast as they can... versus your event rule, where if someone gets a 5k hof, they can go AFK at the house and sit out the rest of the event... NOT contributing to the ongoing loot pool, nor wasting any more ped... whilst the rest of those in the event are.

uhmmm wouldnt the highest total loot be geared more for higher end hunters that can kill more creatures faster?? it seems to me that the highest single loot event would be a more fair shot to lower hunters since one single mob could win it for them where-as if its the highest total loot.... the high end hunters can get 5X the loot per your analogy

That makes no sence. If a guy kills 5 times as many mobs as you he will end up with about 5 times as much loot and you might not have a chance even if you global. On highest singel loot you can still win even if your chance of a global is only 20% compared to the other guy. There is just no way to make an event completly fair.

Single highest loot has always been way more random than total loot, I cant see how you think otherwise

Yes you only have to kill 1 to win, I thought maybe I was missing something ....errrm nope
