This Sunday sees GLOBAL MADNESS VIII in Domes 11-15.

Neverdie will be back commentating this week - looks like the technical issues with the broadcast system have been rectified.

So the big question is - who has it in them to take the crown from SLAPNUTS !!!! Surely someone out there can do it - SINGLE BIGGEST LOOT means it's totally up for grabs right up to the last minute.

I'm quietly confident myself this week - after a very long dry spell with loots I have turned the corner - a couple of nice globals this week (incl. 2 pairs of viking boots) and a small HOF and I think I am set to have a fair crack at the lead - of course if I win it - the following week will be a jackpot

I'm really looking forward to Neverdie being back this week, it really changes the event to have him commentating through the domes!!!

Now Ozi, I seem to recall that I also HoF'd this week, and in fact I was above you on the HoF list my darling husband... so does that imply that maybe it's my turn to win Global Madness ??? Hmmmm... lol

Of course, if either Ozi or I were to win GM (and knock the Godly Slapnuts from the lead), we would re-invest the prize money to allow for a jackpot prize the following week.

Looking forward to seeing all the regulars this Sunday, and hope we see a few new faces too!

I got one global from the event - finished in 18th - so plenty of globals flow during an event like this.

Gratz to NEVERDIE on winning the event in fine style
2nd was Beki
3rd place went to Light who led the event for almost an hour

the 80's soundtrack was awesome as always

This coming week will see a Jackpot thanks to NEVERDIE's generosity - all 700 ped go back into the prize pool.

The prize pool will be as follows
1st place - normally 700 ped will be 1100 ped
2nd place - normaly 200 ped will be 400 ped
3rd place - normally 100 ped will be 200 ped

Get to the Fertilizer station for domes 6-10 to get your ticket early - this week looks like being a sellout.

The time of the event will change from next week to be at 11.00 MA time.
