OK, so i got all excited. found this note and i have had quite a few people read it but no one is replying thanks guys

It gives the Mayan date for the 15th, and has already been decoded (and the event has already been and gone).

That's why nobody replies - there's a lot of duplicate "new note" posts

I know nothing aobut these notes, i havent been following.
But why would MA show it on the 16th when the event was on the 15th?

Perhaps the mob spawned, holding the note, before the 15th, and was not looted till after the 15th.

I would be happy to loot an old, out of date, note, just so i could hang it on the wall of my apart, as an interesting, but worthless, historical artefact.

Actualy it was shown on the AD screen oposite TP in Twin Peaks.
i screenshot it @ 12:01 this morning, which was the 16 november.??

I believe if nothing else, it proves that the loot is determined not at the time of looting, but at the time the mob spawns.

At least in terms of being added to the loot pool, not necessarily which specific mob claims it.

All other explanations point to an error on MA's part.

but MA showed it on there advertising screen? it wasnt a looted note but a Note shown on screen,

Simple answer, they haven't removed it from the ad rotation yet.
