4500 EFD for the most amusing take on the Orb, Egg, Robot Invasion etc

Reading Dorsai’s post on the Orb (
Whats Happened? ) and other threads. Got me thinking about how really amusing the whole Orb, Maria, Cassandra, Statue stories really are. If you don’t take them too seriously and treat it as comedy then you get a whole new take on the whole situation. I have added my own attempts on Dorsai’s post.

There is now a 3000 EFD reward for the most amusing attempt to make sense of this. I have provided 1000 EFD, JackFree has provided a further 1000 EFD as has Akbar. Redfrog and Thorfin Thor have both donated a futher 500 EFD for a second prize (yes adding to 1000 peds) and 711 for a 500 ped 3rd Prize. At least six of the following words must be in the text:

Once upon a time there was guy named Maria, he playd EU for some time, although hes PC was SH** and he lagged badly, and he got error messages when logging in EU. Hes PC was from 1970... So he had to use something like ''Notepad'' so he used old APP to make ''The Notes'', to tell everyone that he must get new PC at china.
Meanwhile hes best friend Cassandra (Who was dude) made idea of ''The Orb''... But too late for him... MA already came up with this idea and made this orb W from Miniopolis... When MA saw that many people visit orb, they started to spawn Argo leaders to scare away people... They yust cant work at the orb with soooo many people arround ...
Meanwhile, Maria made ''The Note'' and pooped ''The Egg'' at The statue to say what he thinks of Robot invasion, and then he got login error...
Later on Maria went to china... Hes friend cassandra was HUGE n00b and made marias disapiering international... And then sweeden made sope opera about him ...

I Like a challenge.

Okay, my take is this:

Basically, the Egg(ahh..the egg ) was indeed from a Atrox Queen, however, with the Atrox Queen being a altered Genetic creature herself, the truth is that the Queen's brain had been previously altered by the Calypso Government in a attempt to get native allies against the Robot Invasion, however, the invasion didnt last that long as they seemed to short circuit from the local Neverdie Radio signals which played "Up town girl" on the brink of battle and their forces were ground to a halt with communication interferance and were forced to retreat due to circuit failure and robotic self termination. With their retreat, they planted a device which then secretly infiltrated the computer network of the Calypso data network in turn of course lead the Lag to spiral out on control. The focused energy of the Lagwaves which then followed, started to appear throughout the planet.

With the spreading Lagfield upon the planet, the Argonauts favourite food source, which was of course, Colonial Ped and Armour pieces, started to disappear and fade slowly out as the Lag prevented the players from actually hunting. So, upon this discovery, the Argonauts started to host a exploration survey amongst the tribes to see if they could find the source of the great Lag.

Their shamans began to pray towards the Statue at Fort Zychion, at the shattered city, in the hope of spiritual guidance while a few went trading between the out settlements in disguise as MA officials, which proved very fruitful as they bought one of the note which contained information relating to the Enochian Angels. However, not knowing how to read English, they decided to burn it for fuel and then found that when they burnt the corner, the note was actually contained a mini-map, which had a research note into leaked information of the Orb and its Lag causing effects. Again, however, they couldnt read the notes and burnt the rest but one shaman pointed out that the map pointed a region which they hadnt traversed to before and the Argo Leaders of each tribe went in search of the now known "Orb of the Maddening Great Widespread Total Famine". (OMGWTF)

Once they arrived at The Orbs location, they now decided to watch and see if they could end the great Lag so that the tribes could feed normally again but the Humanoid scum began to turn up at the OMGWTF and ruin their efforts to destroy the orb by what is seen as having...a large conga line.

Puzzling times indeed for all people on Calypso. However with the Calypsian celebration and lack of knowledge of the Orb, it seems the cryptic notes contain a very big message, which seem to either spell out two different scenarios: Calypso's certain destruction with the orb's dark power and its evacuation to a new planet nearby as the planet becomes full of radiation which only the people with the toxic shots survive as it turns PVP total.....

Or next week lottery numbers. I'm bidding on the 2nd.

Only time will tell.

About the notes... It's all so obvious lol. The notes are where it starts... all of them together give out the essential information such as location, time, and the date that the ULTIMATE Entropia event will begin.

These notes will eventually point out several locations such as the orb, the statue and the original location the egg was found. All giving clues as to what will happen.

About the argo leaders...Well most people don't even know where the argos came from. And it would shock many people to learn that argos were once regular citizens on another planet called Alpha Cyntrino. Alpha Cyntino is located about 47 light years away in the Kwelos galaxy. And about 7 years ago there was another one of these "rips in the space time continuum" creating one of those orbs on both planets. The orb remained for several weeks before "it" happened. The orb became a giant black hole that sucked many citizens from Alpha Cyntrino from their home planet to Calypso. And unfortunately, because of the nature of the black hole everyone that passed through it, was horribly mutated into the argo. And now, seeing another black orb, all the argos are gathering in the hopes that they will be brought back to their home world, and restored back to their original forms.

About the orb...This isn't the first time that an orb has appeared... Many years ago there was another... The results of the previous appearance is what created the argo... (as explained above). This time no one knows for sure where the orb will be linked to. But expert scientists on calypso are believing that this orb is of a greater magnitude than the first. And could actually cause full planets to be brought through the wormhole. And if you want my opinion it may have something to do with the "new planets" that will be introduced into the game in the next couple months.

About the statue and the egg... Rumor has it that the sacred statue was built by the feffoids. See, it appears as though there is more to that egg than originally thought. Seems this particular egg had a different life force within in. Not one of an atrox, but one of something else. The life force of a being meant to protect Calypso from a great evil. This great evil was for seen to come through the opening of a giant dark rip in space and time itself. And the only way of extracting this protecting life force from the egg was to place the egg on the statue and say the "forbidden incantation" which was only known by the feffoids. Unfortunately though, the egg was stolen a while ago from the feffoids and brought to a space station. A place no feffoid could EVER go. Which is why we must return the egg to it's rightful owners before it's too late!!

About the lag...well this is because Entropia is a computer game that uses the "internet" to transfer data to every player... and when there are too many people in one location... the sever has a hard time keeping up

There is more to the story... but this is all I can reveal for now...

It really wasn't my fault what happened at Adrijanna's Christmas party. It was Cassandra who spiked the punch with too much TheEgg-nog. I can't help it if I drank 91 glasses. It was so good---smelled and tasted just like Ordo Serpentis.

I thought it was funny when I put Maria's yellow door on my head and danced the Robot Invasion on The Orb while singing 'Argo Leaders'. I didn't mean to break Cassandra's Enochian Angels and don't know why Cornelius would sue me for The Notes.

I don't remember calling Aslog's wife a lame LimStift---even though she looked like one with deep cadmium eye shadow and umber lipstick!
And when I threw up on Ingela's husband's lap, it was only because I ate too much of that nutrio bar.

After all that fun, I admit I was a little tired. So I fell asleep on my way home and drove my kerberos through my neighbor's unauthorized wall. I don't think that was any reason for my neighbor to call me a unfinished mystery event and have me arrested for loot lag!

So, Santa...here I sit in my jail cell on Christmas Eve, all disappointed and misled. And I'm really not to blame for any of this meaningless statue stuff. Please bring me what I want the most---bail money!

The key to THE ORB is in THE NOTES. But the real key is that the notes are from the late professor Barton who was slain by the robots during one of many weak attempts of ROBOT INVASION. After the creation of the gloobster (AKA Prof. Bartons dna) a strange mutation occurred when the artox queen and the new mutated Barton engaged in "close encounters" the result is the vibrating egg (ahh THE EGG). Recently the study of Professor Barton has been raided by ASLOG, MARIA, and others they have decided to release these notes to the public as they fear that THE EGG may soon rupture which is exactly what the ARGO LEADERS want. The embryo contained in the solid vibrating shell will surely bring the end to human life on Calypso. In a great effort to distract us the mighty ARGO LEADERS have used their massive mental powers to create and hold the mystifyingly stupid black orb in our realm. at last for the ARGO LEADERS victory shall be theirs ... ahh THE ORB ... we must fight back, we must destroy the argos we must kill the robots we must destroy the egg and just to be safe we must kill the owner of THE EGG ... ahh THE EGG

After impregnating the Atrox Queen, the Argo Leaders planned to have the egg for dinner, but were distracted by the robot invasion, and due to lag got sucked into the orb, leaving the egg behind for the feffoids to have thier way with. They keep asking for it back via the notes, but no one seems to understand Argoo speak, let alone how they manage to write in the first place.

Cassandra: 'What is it for breakfast, not that bloody Robot Invasion breakfast cereal again?'

Maria: 'Well I could make some of those nice Enochian Angels fritters again if you like, or do Serpentis?

Cassandra: 'Er, no thanks I'm not that hungry, I'll just have an egg.'

Aslog: 'Ah, the egg!'

Maria: 'Bah!'
