What does this option "Send checksum to event organizer" when it is activated???

In my understanding thats two different things.

Checkted this app for keyloggers and spyware, and it looks clean.
So I will trust MrSmith again (already used older version of autoscreen app).

I would probably do that in a less marketing way if that was my intension.
Autoscreen have been used for more than 1 year now and you are welcome to use any tools available to scan and check the files if you want

As long as you download Autoscreen from the original site, there is no danger, not all developers have bad intensions

Yes the checksum, watermark text and your local date/time is sendt to my web server's SQL database when any screenshot is taken (with auto function or prnt scr button).

This was made to replace the "Send checksum to event organizer", cause now you can just use the function under the Action menu to check if an image is original.

The function "File checksum calculation with database lookup" will tell you the checksum of the image then make a database lookup and tell you if this checksum is an original one.

The "Send checksum to event organizer" where the event organizer will get an email with the checksum when a screenshot is taken, can also be used regardless of the other function, but not really nessesary since you can use the database function to check an image.

And yes, Autoscreen is clean and have always been (it does not even have google toolbar installer ), thanks for reporting back about your scan.

Can you post an example of setting screen ,so I know what needs to be ticked for this to work.
I did install & run it last night but I couldn't find the screenshots my specific location(local) ,so I it the settings

Also just 1 thing cause I know it can slip for people from time to time, click Activate Autoscreen button before u test then u can do a few printscreen tests outside of PE and locate the folder.

You should consider doing as I have done and make your own folder for the screenshots and set your path to that folder, for instance like mine is called screenshots.
