It's explained earlier in this thread, but here goes again

No you don't. The new version update replace this function, Autoscreen stores all image checksums in a database, so no need to send it using email.
I still keept this function if someone wants to use that instead for events, but as said, the new function on the action menu (checksum calc with database lookup) can be used by event organizers instead of the email option.

When the competition is over, I will post a list with all of the screenshot ID's that have been stored in the database. Then the winner will be picked by using "random number of the day" from this web site: techzoom.net - Random Number Generator (RND)

The user that have the screenshot with the screenshot ID that is closest to the last xxx (depends on how many screenshots there will be) will be the winner of the 1000 PED's!

The winner will be drawn the 18 FEB 00:00h GMT (thats when the random number changes).

When i press Prtscn app display a mesage like this "message too long for column watermark text at row 1" but the screenshoot allready stored.
My watermark is "Autoscreen event 1 - Giannis Symbil Sentimenevoslakis"
. I try to reduce the length of my watermark and problem disappeared.

I am sorry Mr Smith, but your choice of black text on a dark grey/black background renders the text almost invisible to me. I can see that there is text there, but can only make it out if i turn my monitors contrast and brightness up so far that everything else looks washed out. I would imagine that any one with even a slight visual impairment won't even know the text is there.

Would not white text on an almost black background be as easy to code? It sure would be slightly easier to read!



Other than my inability to know what the check-boxes are for, I find your App to be most useful.

I think that was my msg as well... however mine didn't get fixed this way as I didn't have a long watermark

I don't have any trouble reading the text, but it may be due to individaul brightness settings.

under "INFO" menu, there you can bring up the Instructions which detail what each check-box does.
