The Actors name is Cüneyt Arkın, he also wrote the screenplay.
The Film is called Dünyayı Kurtaran Adam (Çetin Inanç 1982), aka The man who saves the world.
But it's commonly known as Turkish Star Wars because of its notorious bootlegging of Star Wars clips worked into the film.

A really extreme thing just happened to me. Just a few hours after watching this vid I hear the TV playing the exact same song, in a show called It's always sunny in Philadelphia. Second time in my life i've heard You're the Best Around (by Joe Esposito). What are the odds for that happening..?
