Loot cycle exposed (will not help you a lot though)

Ok i did not get this info myself, or well partially not from my self but i had this idea that this could be the way the loot cycle worked now, and now it seems confirmed. It wont help you to global more though.

First the old one that i cracked myself (although more ppl had cracked it aswell)

the old cycle was like a regular analog clock traveling across eudoria, ie 00-15minutes past the NE server was hoffing, 15-30 SE servers hoffed and so it keept going on, it could also go backwards but was easily noticable.

New cycle.

Take an 8 (i dont know the size of it though) and place the center somewhere and now start spin that like a clock, there is your new loot cycle. To get the ubers, put another 8 on the other 8's line and start spinning this aswell and voila that is how you get your uber (i dont know the size of this either)

This is how the globals travel around the maps nowadays, as for the speed i dont think it's the same speed all the time so it varies from time to time, also there might be more 8's than just these 2, also size and speed is not known.

So will this info help you get richer? i highly doubt it as trying to hit those 8's is quite unlikely even if you know they exist

well someone said in another thread that ambassadors dont get "inside" info.. i said i dissagreed and hinted about the 8 :P

Well not exactly but yes in a way sort of, i think the uber cycle is somewhat smaller so you cant hof all the time but quite often.

Could you use strategically placed team members to test this theory? If they were placed such that the straight line between them contained the axis of rotation of the 8, they should global at the same time. And go cold at the same time. Now all you have to do is find the axis . . .

Or wait, maybe you don't need the axis. Well, this would only test one lobe. Many people hunting in the same area at the same time should all global at the same time . . .
That doesn't happen, does it? I wouldn't know, I've never globaled . . .
But if everyone did global, you could quickly send team members to search out the other lobe of the 8.

Time to quit, I'm rambling and only half serious.

Well it's quite well known to be a fact that specific areas global/hof at the same time. But you still have to hit the right mob aswell and other factors.
