GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: This position is directly responsible for all sweating operations for the society. This includes the acquisition of Vibrant Sweat, coordinating with the raw materials division for delivery of Force Nexus, and the production and distribution of Mind Essence.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports directly to the High Mindtropian.

SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Supervises all sweaters.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: This position is responsible for setting goals for sweaters and monitoring progress toward those goals. This may include finding appropriate places for sweating and at times on the job training. Additionally, this position will monitor the demand for Mind Essence to assure supply levels. This position will utilize just-in-time delivery methods.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS: Coordinate with Director of Operations – Raw Material Division for the delivery of Force Nexus. Oversee refining processes and the sale of Mind Essence.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: As this position may require teleport running candidates should be fit and able to run from New Oxford to Nea’s on a regular basis. Also, because this position will deal with low level players stress levels may be high. Only those with good health are encouraged to apply.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Sweat operations are often performed in crowded areas with wild animals close by. Those with a fear of wild animals, agoraphobia, or allergies may find it difficult to work.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY: Candidates should have a minimum of 1000 in sweat gathering skill. In addition, candidates should understand supply and demand market principles and the ‘dynamic’ nature of the marketplace.

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: Those who have successfully completed a disciple program or a mentor program are strongly encouraged to apply.
