Bot user sighted.

After reading all the posts I think a quick way to solve it with very little manpower would be as mentioned in some way to put all revival terminal in containers and maybe even make two facing in different directions or let the avatar face after revival in a random direction.
The easy botting would stop and you would need a macro witch can navigate you out of the container identifing each time where to turn for exit.

Well He always walked in the same line, its that I strayed a bit of his route to kill some mobs, but before I got there a nice spawn of mobs gathered where he died (many times I guess) and when I killed that group, just a bit further east there was annother group, like he had gathered some mobs first and then set the autorun.

It is so that when you teleport or die you still face the same direction as before.
Maybe MA has to implement you ALWAYS face the terminal after revive
(I thought that was like that before) And when you teleport you face the direction you teleported to. This would make things more realistic and harder for the cheap macro.

I am not bothered by these avatars. But I read sometimes about players getting banned for stuff like this. And when they mess up a spawn of mobs I want to kill they ruin MY expirience, and that is against EULA right? (not that I get killed by 4 Tezlapods, but I heared people about some bot users near hogglos, and then it does affect you (health and decay = money))

As Bear wrote below, the computer running is already more expensive then the skills are worth. But ppl tend to do everything for "free" skills. xD

I see no ruling saying you cannot run til ya drop, and keep doing it.

I know of no ruling which says, Thow shalt respond to pm's and chat.

I do know that if you interfere with someones ava you could break the EULA, for interference with their enjoyment of the game.

Well, if you guys got nothing else to do, but letting your avatar run (bot run) into mobs for several hours, just to gain 3-5 Evade Skills... why not use this "ability" to help noobs reaching new teleporters ?

LMAO!!! Indeed... when I craft (and no, I am not a serious crafter...) I usually will turn on all chat mainly because the machine I prefer is in a high traffic area. All that chatting makes the green lines go past too quickly. I will look at socchat but mainly I am watching a movie on my other laptop. If someone wants to run die revive repeat so be it. For the OP, I think the Screen shots you have provided show an avatar that has chosen to constantly run in the same direction, hopefully into a group of MOBS to skill Evade. I can do the same thing without a bot or scripting program. I don't really see anything that would tell me that the person is not there to operate the keyboard. Basically, if you suspect him, send the screenshots to MA and report him. Trying to "out" him here only makes you violate the rules of the forum since names are not to be included in claims of wrongdoing.

Now if this guy was botting.. WHAT IS HE HURTING??

I know, he's gaining skills unfairly. He's violating the EULA.

But is he ruining anyone's gaming experience with his actions? Is he pulling money out of the loot pool when he runs into a crowd of MOBS and dies? What EXACT HARM is he causing to the user base?

Don't get me wrong, I have had the same opinion in the past as you have but since MA has nerfed EVERYTHING and made it hard to gain ANY skills in this game, I think it's fair to try anything to get ahead at this point. F&$% it!

MA took action against such ppl, when they ran constantly into hordes of robots to skill dodge. Just for your record.

i read websites while i am crafting ( crafting while writing this) it helps pass the time while doning something dull in EU, and i often dont notice peole talking.

( and i keep thinging i got a global, but its wirlo with his amps crafting next to me)

If i put something heavy on my R key and wait for my avy to revive and keep runing everytime, am i using a bot ?

Still you should mind your own business, MA can see if someone is using a program which is not allowed btw autoclick can do that too, why should it be allowed for crafting and not for running ?
