Why do Romanians get a "special treatment"

Having all Romanians ISP banned from all international stores, online games or whatever you may think of may have a chance of making the authorities to do something. And no, is not discrimination. Is an honest answer to an official response. If police in Romania never dose anything to get those involved in criminal activities, is normal to ban all romanians, because is clear there is no law enforcement there... To be honest, I would love to see police taking serious action against any criminal group, not only internet... but is a long way to that.

My country (Lithuania) has the same problem as Romania. New players are asked to confirm their ID and i think a lot of people are scared away by this, not everyone wants to send their personal ID to try the game.

its a nonsens to send personal ID to try a game. lets think: I send my ID, w8 some time (2 days ... 15 days, 30 days), finally, my account is validated, enter in game and stay 15 min ...... I dont like that game ... and eternal out, forget that game. for what I send my ID? for 15 min?

guys, no offense but what can the police in Romania do about this? just imagine calling them and saying: "Hello my MOD Fap got stolen" let's be serious are there even any laws about this?? It would of been against the law if someone from Romania tried to hack MA's servers or something but if some idiot want's his pixie in black... well that's his problem, all trades are final.

I'm just recalling the height of the football hooliganism trend in the '80s... English "fans" were at the forefront of years of organised violence and destruction that made a lot of Europe very offended indeed. For a while, travelling in Europe as an Englishman was like being a leper, depending where you went. They revoked all the hooligan's passports as far as I know, but if they banned european travel for all unnaccompanied english males during that time I would have begrudgingly understood the reasons why.

hard way
1: hack MA : track IP, etc etc , go to police
2: scamm : first of all, depend of scam, i dont know game, but if you dont look on item when you buy ... bye bye. scammer can take ban IP, ban ISP.(if it is an ISP with 10000 users, you can contact isp provider and make an reclamation)
easy way:
hmmmmmmmmmmm 200 scammers from same IP range? (like an internet cafe, multi account)? that country is dangerous for me, if I take hard way is alot of work .... better ban that country . or I take ID (but ID can be false, because a real identification can be done only if somebody come to you). and lose some players .....
