It took my over 3 years to get my first solo global in hunting. and nearly 4 to get my first HoF.

I think at like.. VU9 i started globalling a little, and I have been here since a month or 2 after Gold.

u just quaranteed something that i have failed :F ive had 500k ammo burns without global...

but ofcourse ive globalled on hunting.. but that 1000ped ammo aint so sure.. more might be needed..

and to that mining.. buy a load of OA-103s.. like 15.. and go to cnd.. i bet u get ur first global

hunting is the only prof where u really cannot buy the globals/hofs...
like u can do in mining and crafting

I was going to say something about how bad my luck was, but seeing some of the comments in this thread...

3 Globals in 1 year and 3 months isn't so bad afterall I suppose, though it is when people you know who joined at the same time have 3-6 times your globals or more...

Your friend is either not hunting that much or he's hunting low level mobs (HP < 200). With low level mobs you get 5-20 ped loots every now and then, instead of 50+. Nothing to do with luck, only proper selection, sufficient bankroll and persistence.
