No, thats not the way mmorpgs work technically.
You interact with your keyboard, mouse (or even a bot/macro).
The program will translate this into commands that are sent to the server.
The way bots work is the repetitive way they do commands, thats millisecond precision where real people cannot do that in that way.
And sure, they can detect all those autoclickers that way, but in the meantime we have seen that MA does not really care about that part of "botting" .

They have caught quite some people botting at the drone event at Nate Valley quite some time ago (drones all over, getting killed at the revive and not being able to get away because of the 10 drone high pile of turret victims)
