I had this often with Armax SW of Pandora, They're standing on the other server/revive zone. If you want to kill them you must walk a bit passed them into the other server and they will agro. There at armax zone it is realy irritating because a large spawn group is right on the border, so you cant kill half of it without having to switch all the time.

I had this on argonauts a lot, but sometimes (after some minutes) they came back to life... and some stood there all day long.

In most games you do not need to have mobs in the same place all the time. When they are not needed (no player around for some time), they are removed to free up system resources. I think it might be similar for Entropia. So that spider would be just some graphical bug, something like "illusion". The mob itself was removed (means AI and all mob scripts are not triggered), but it's animation and model somehow stayed on the server. At least that's how I see it. And probably that's how I would manage mob spawn if I was hosting and developing online game again.

I saw this yesterday and Laughed so hard and thought I am not posting til tomorrow to see how many go out and try.

I thought what a classic little line he threw in there about empty inventory..

not tp chip, no ME and a very very long run to find yourself in the middle of nowhere dying to spidey again and again incase you did it wrong..
