Weird difference between "My items" and ingame data

I regularly calculate the value of my inventory by going to the My Items section and copy/paste the list. Yesterday I did the same and noticed that one of my bp's showed a value of 0.09 PED, which means the ingame QR should be between 9.0 and 9.9 (on a scale of 100) afaik.

This wondered me since I was 99% sure that I got a QR increase the day before, taking the QR to exactly 10.0. I checked this later that day ingame and saw that it indeed showed 10.0 on the blueprint.

Checked again in the My Items list today and value there is still 0.09 PED. All other bp's which I have had with a QR of XX.9 showed in the My Items list with a value of 0.XX PED, never higher...

Anyone have an explanation for this ? Would the true QR of bp's be defined on more than 1 decimal ??

Maybe in-game rounding works between 9.5 and 10.4 and in "My List" between 9.0 and 9.9? Then basically if your BP is worth between 9.5 and 9.9 it looks different.

Is there a lag time between real inventory and what is available from the web site, or is that instant?

There is no ingame rounding after the first decimal. But maybe there is some ingame rounding at the second decimal, it would be the only explanation I can come up with.

It would mean that my real QR is 9.99 or so, which is ingame reflected as 10.0 and in the My Items list as 0.09 PED.

If this is true, it could also mean that bp's gain very small QR bits even if you don't get a green line. Only when the QR goes to the next .1 or so, you get a message. But then again, you can also get .2 gain in 1 line...

This would be very consistant with the rest of stuff in the game (i.e. decay).

There is definitely some lag time between the site and ingame. I have noticed this when repiaring then opening the web-site while still ingame (I play in windowed mode). I am not sure how long the delay lasts for.
