Question Mysterious place

Greetings to all!
Running on sphere, has got on a strange place (on a photo), for me was as adrenaline after as has seen that there there is an input in a cave. But nothing has found. Who can it will tell that for a place, for the monster or a quest?! Or what that new to a new cursor?!
