Income Tax ?

Ok I can pay income tax from every withdrawal, no problem, but I have no idea WHICH TAX.

Things like Entropia Universe aren't sated in law, I have no idea how to interpretate income from Entropia Universe and I have no idea who I have to ask to know the answer.

I checked income tax system in my country, and minimum salary required for income tax in my country is

"The first 3,013 złotys (PLN) earned in the year are free of tax,"

About 1500 USD/year
So I have to pay tax.

Hey Level,

The best thing to do is to ask the proper tax office (Urząd skarbowy ) for an interpretation of the law. The interpretation may wary, there for I said that you must ask by the proper one (where you live).

But be careful, because if you ask that, they will want to check if you did it and didn't pay the tax..........

And yes, I did it. They said yes and checked if I did a withdrawal , one month ago. I paid only the normal 30% income tax (podatek dochodowy) and all was ok.

Thanks Man! now all I need is FAQ (who I have to ask about interpretation of the law, because I am not going to wait in many huge loooong lines in our damn tax office...I hate it, and talking with people who work there is like talking with aliens)

ok one more question:
what about ATM cards ? If ATM cards will be back, do I have to collect all "withdrawal" documents as an evidence ? (you know...this small paper which you get with money from ATM machine)

They aren't aliens (very nice girls there btw ) I was an alien for them asking that

Back to topic. The best way is to send an official writing to them. Simply call them and ask to which department you should send that.

Because that info is limited to our country, send me a PM if you have more questions.

PS. You are still a student right? If yes then I wouldn't worry about the taxes form EU withdrawals....

yep I am student (daily studies...so lecutres from monday to friday from 07:00 to 18:00 time (studia stacjonarne)) so I have to or I dont have to pay taxes from Withdrawals ?

I guess the cash atm card is the answer to all our money loundering operations to avoid income tax..

with the atm card you can withdraw real life black (not registered) cash
from non-existent funds (which is your ped card). Since ped are not money you do not have to pay income tax over it.
And when it becomes cash money.. well nobody knows what you have under your pillow...

I say simply just shut up, and keep withdrawing. If (stress... *IF*) they contact you regarding your withdrawals, then handle it.

There is an old proverb, "It's always easier to ask forgiveness than permission".

At least here in the US, the entire concept of this federal income tax is 100% illegal, and BS. Local (county & state) taxes are fine, but the government as a whole has no right to require you to pay a federal fine on you earning money.
Just wish more people didn't have their head hidden somewhere that the sun don't shine, and would actually do some reading on it... instead of acting like good little sheeple .
