Initial testing phase began in 2002.

I joined on May 3, 2003. Or somewhere close to that anyways.

And the polls have been tallied and it appears out of 114.76% of those that responded, most started in 2006....(I think someone voted on more than one option Nice post).
Oh well, it was a nice concept...would have been nice if people were nice (), or if you could only select one option.
