In relation to the scam described in blackhawks story here:

All trades are final, huge value items in EU and lack of contracts. Should MA change something?

It was found out that Rilort shared his account with an avatar named Capuz sumah martins, and he is the one that is suspected of having traded away all of the items Rilort was holding.

If this is the case, whether or not Rilort is a "thief" really makes no difference. Though I don't recall there being any violation for sharing an account, or sharing log-in information. Many people do this. Only one actual person is registered to each avatar and there would only be one gold card. If the account is registered by Rilort, then Rilort is responsible to make restitution. If he refuses to do so the people who lent him their items are SOL. All trades are final.
