The tax system is an incentive for them to do this - no one will hunt a less popular mob if the tax is 50% will they?

I didn't go into it - and until i can drop my ship on a claim rod and use all its guns I wouldn't have much chance anyway - but I think full credit to those who enter into it, compete and take land (as well as those who fought and lost) should be given.

As said on irc: "We make the land huntable so people will come here to hunt, so we get the tax. With no attractive mobs, noone will go hunt there." Of course you have to take into account what the mid-level players would want, but that doesn't mean you share.

I think someone is missing my point. I am pointing out the fact that some socs made agreements on what landareas they were going to take. I even have logs stating that this was done to save ammo etc. So why hide the fact that it happens?

Many of the Soc's that have taken the land have been playing PE for years. Ofcourse they are going to take land. The generally have much more powerful avatars and have been working together in the game for a long time. They also understand that in order to get by, you do have to agree on certain rules.
Nowt wrong with them agreeing to take certain plots of land. What would you have them do? Plough a ton of ped's into game, as MA intended (I understand MA have to earn a living so no dissprespect to them intended), or make an agreement to something that was gonna happen similarly anyway.

If your point is som soc make agreement eatch other to do not atack , like non agression pact , and stuff like that...
i just point out the pact called ROME and make in first LG.
yes som soc do not atack their friend , and som other go help their friend ...
and yes i try to not be in war with my friend... this looks like pretty normal for me.

and i do not see this as an conspiraci to make uber keep the land.
if such agreement would exist bettween all uber soc , you can be shure , NO other soc will get an claim.
all the claim be share by 5 or maybe 6 soc and thats all.
finally cK say since 2 or 3 day they go at LA 11 and i see shaolin own it...i do not know what happened, but maybe it was not the cK plan.

As Shaolin was pointed out not to be an uber-soc, I don't think CK would have any big problems taking the land if they wanted it.

What changed the reality this time, was the rule that only one claim could be taken at once from each soc.

And I'm not saying every soc had agreements. I'm pointing at those who did, and I'm not going to named them, even though I can, with logs to back me up. But anyway, I've stated my point, and I allready hear I'm a new target on AM, so I don't see any reason for me to spin my thoughts over and over. Those of you who feel offended by my words are the one I'm aiming at, because you know yourself that something wrong happened.

To put it short, landgrab became mostly landown from the gitgo. We knew who was going where, how things would turn out. As I pointed out to a soc-mate, if gambling was legal in pe, it would be very easy to win this lg by putting money on socs and landarea.

Oh man, I have no words for so much jealousy...

Aint agreements, Nap´s and so on one of the biggest parts in fightings/wars ?!

Some people just never can stop whining, they always find something to complain about mainly because they were unable to act as someone else did, one day its the übers, one day the lag, this time the agreements and the other day maybe the weather, who knows.
I am just so sick of it.
