WTF There is a Toyota RSC Concept Car parked in Hadesheim East City go west from TP and turn left I think 2nd building after auction

Man I want one of these to drive round PE that would be ooooh sooo HOT!!!

Actually these are sweet, but in reality, are probably the test subjects for the new advertising scheme, doubt we will get to use them, but we will get to see them and benifit from them being in game by the increased loot pool...at least thats the concept i believe.
