Have you thought aboy that the "orbs" was named by the first thread. They could have been called whatever, balls, minimoon, floaters, portals, etc. And after that MA is also using that name.

This is almost spooky! I've been thinking about the exact same things the past days... When they arrived they were actually consistently called The Black Gates by the Conspirare people... The Orbs could just as well have been called The Spheres or something similar, and is totally a construction made by us.

Ey mate. I've been here for over 5 years, and I still don't have a clue...

turns out that the expedition crew that went in search of the third continent finaly made it and constructed a portal, of their own design based on the latest robot tech, to come back and show us all their achivements. the umbranoids somehow got informed about the portal before we did! so they made an alliance with the argo's. whos goal was to shut down this side of the portal after all of the umbranoids and the argonauts most elite warriors entered to take over the new continent! they killed the expedition crew that started a colony on the third continent. we are quite sure that the new colony held on as best it could... despite their valiant efforts the argo and umbra army managed to take over and now have a full arsenal of equipment to wage war on our cities! with the new portal tech in umbranoid hands they managed to enhance it and create 6 more one way portals so that they can attack at serveral points and destroy us from the third continent far from our reach. since we think its unlikely that the umbranoids are smart enough to modify the portal tech or manufacture the equipment they now use there might be survivers being forced to work as slaves. there are even rumors that they created new mindforce tech and vehicles! at the moment the goverment has commissioned cp space station to convert the massive teleporter they have onboard to send colonist to the third continent to get a second foothold on the overrun settlement.

the space station states that it will only be able to teleport small teams to the hadesheim sized colony because of the surrounding area still being a hazard zone from the first robot wars and the dome protecting the city is too dense to attemp a mass tp. the mass amount of power required to achieve such a feat will incur a moderate fee on the team. it seems the robots are retreating leaving behind small forces and a few motherships so with a lack of beacon missions to go on we belive colonist will be eager to join in on the fight against our newly armed foes.

if we dont pull together and fight this horrible force of mutated humans we will be destoyed! can u imagine hadesheim being reduced to rubble just like zychion!? u wont have to if we dont take action against this endless army!
for those of u that think we need to come up with a cure to bring these poor lost souls back from the depths of hell they have fallen into must remember we cant do anything for them while they are hellbent on our destruction. after this army is disarmed or destroyed we will attempt to find a cure for those of the pittiful humanoid creatures that survive the war. umbranoid survivers may even be able to lead us to the professor, who may be the only person that can cure them, if the robots didnt destroy him completly. we think they may have used his own cybernetic technology on him and sent the left over parts back to us to fool us into thinking he was dead. so he may in a way still be alive! only by stoping them will we be able to find out the answers to this riddle we call calypso.
