Noobs Nubs and Nubcakes

One of the most popular insults in game appears to be calling someone a noob. I always find this funny for a number of reasons. Firstly, insults are meant to hurt, but, an insult can only wound the mind or emotions if there is an element of truth to it. I was recently called a noob by somebody whose avatar is an obvious extension of their real life ego, and their skill level seems to be the basis of their personal self esteem rather than real life accomplishments.

So, I decided to reseach the word noob and this is what I found.
The word newbie was first coined in the Vietnam war as a slang term for a new man in the unit who had just joined the war and was considered naive and inexperienced to the theatre of war. Since then the variant "noob" has become common in spoken English and has been picked up by many industries, but seems especially popular in the gaming world. Various spellings include "newb", "n00b", "noob", "nooblet", "nub", and the recently popular "nublet." My personal favourite is 'nubcakes.' These alternate spellings are generally used in a derogatory manner to indicate uselessness because of the ignorance associated with being a newcomer.

So, how do we on Entropia define the word noob. I suppose in the following ways.
A noob is
'Someone who is new and inexperienced to Entropia.'
'Someone who asks a question to which the answer is obvious.'
Someone whom we consider having less skills or knowledge of the game because they spend less time on there.

I don't think it has to be said

I call friends, soc mates, my own husband, and basically everyone I know a nub.
Whether their skills are higher than mine or lower.
