After a really big *SIGH* I would just pop in a good "sandbox" game like Bioshock or X3: The Reunion or get back into the Battlefield series of games. I have kind of looked at other MMOs off and on over the years and nothing quite compares to PE/EU. I like the Sci Fi element, FPS, world wide community, RCE, and even the rough around the edges part of MA and EU at times.

Probably the only thing that would change would be that I would have more entertainment dollars to spend elsewhere.

I would miss it a lot if suddenly EU went away, but just like EU I would adapt and move on, just like real life for that matter.

For some time now I have been checking out SUN's project darkstar as I am interested in the internal mechanisms of virtual worlds ( mentioning darkstar is not against rule #15 as it is not another game it is a virtual wold framework )

So I would hope that if EU went away 711 would let me post an ad for programming types and economists to design and implement PE/EU ++.
