"world capital of gastronomy" does not mean french gastronomy, it deals with history and business of Lyon or Lugdunum (officially city in -43) has always been a crossroad for a lot of civilisations. As these people want to have a part of themselves in this town, a lot of every nationality food has grown
so don't tell me lyon is in france !!
